Raptor Outreach, Bald Eagle Festival 2017 Three of the OLC's staff and three raptors visited Grand Coulee and Davenport to bring the wonder of birds of prey to over 200 students from all over the center of the state. Over the course of Thursday and Friday we taught seven classes of students all about hawks and owls with the help of Stan the Harris Hawk, Hanovi the Great Horned Owl, and Sadie the American Kestrel.
